Preventing Premature Ejaculation


Premature ejaculation, and the fear of premature ejaculation, affects many men today, and it can be a huge source of embarrassment. Fortunately, you can do several things that can help you gain more control over how quickly you ejaculate, and it’s not as difficult as some might think.



First, make sure you masturbate regularly, and masturbate with a goal in mind – lasting longer. Daily masturbation can be quite helpful. Practice lasting longer and longer each time, until you have better control over when you ejaculate. Keep in mind that masturbation is different from actual sex though, and the excitement level can raise quicker. You could also use an aid such as a Fleshlight, and practice lasting longer with that. It feels similar to a real vagina, and can help you last longer with an actual partner.
Second, you should wear a condom. Not only is it safer, it also dulls a small amount of the sensation, and that alone can help you to last quite a bit longer. Similarly, you could use an analgesic spray that can numb the area slightly and delay your ejaculation. Also, take things slow, and keep your foreplay focused on her. Change positions frequently, and if you feel things getting too intense, start thinking about nonsexual things – even baseball.
